Challenge
US Bank aimed to enhance its digital payment offerings with intuitive wallet solutions for Zelle and the new tokenized payment service Paze. The challenge was to design seamless transaction history interfaces and wallet management workflows that balanced user-friendliness with robust functionality, while ensuring consistency across teams and platforms.
Solution
My team collaborated to deliver innovative digital wallet interfaces for Zelle and Paze, starting with sketches of transaction history and wallet management workflows. We voted on the best concepts to ensure alignment, then developed user flows and brainstorming diagrams using Miro. I also contributed components to US Bank’s Design System, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all digital touchpoints.
My Role
Conducted user interviews and led the discovery phase to define requirements. Developed the Market Risk Visualization Model flow charts, oversaw interface and interaction design, and produced visual assets using Adobe tools. Ensured the dashboard aligned with Credit Suisse’s modernized branding standards.
My Leadership
Facilitated weekly status meetings with global agile teams in London, Singapore, and India, ensuring timely delivery of visual stories and UX validation. Co-led Credit Suisse’s global rebranding effort, implementing Risk & Finance UX Visual Style Guidelines across multiple dashboards for a cohesive, modern look.
