Challenge
At Credit Suisse, disparate risk data across portfolios slowed daily analysis for business analysts, lacking consistency and clarity. The goal was to create a unified Market Risk Dashboard that allowed flexible drill-down into risk movements across a 14-level business hierarchy, while providing senior management with clear, actionable summaries to flag major risk drivers and breaches.
Solution
Designed a dynamic dashboard with full drill-down capabilities using D3.js, E-charts, and Highcharts for real-time visualizations. Delivered wireframes and high-fidelity Adobe designs, creating a Market Risk Visualization Model with 14 levels of granularity. Improved analysis speed and accuracy, enabling better risk validation and portfolio oversight.
My Role
Based on the team’s selected sketch, I designed the final user flows and interfaces for Zelle and Paze, focusing on transaction history and wallet management features. I used Miro to refine ideation with stakeholders and created reusable components for the Design System, ensuring scalability and consistency across multiple streams.
